Privacy Policy

• Staff accounts: name, work email, role, and the maintenance tasks, notes, photos and files you add.
• Text alerts: your name, mobile number, and a record of your consent (date and time, the wording you agreed to, IP address and browser).
• Tenant requests: the name, phone, email, property, suite, description and photos you submit.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to run and secure the app. If you use "Near me", your location is checked only on your own device and is never sent to us or stored.

To run property maintenance: assign and track work, send the notifications, emails and texts you signed up for, respond to tenant requests, and keep records of the work done. We do not sell personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Only with service providers that help us run the app (hosting, email delivery, text message delivery and document storage), only to provide that service, or when the law requires it.

Access is limited to signed-in JCS Realty Group staff by role. We keep maintenance records as long as needed for our business and legal obligations, and consent records for as long as required to show your consent.

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, turn off app notifications in the app, and ask us to see, correct or delete your information.
